The RSU Career Guidance and Wellbeing Centre's Chaplaincy Service invites students to an educational online lecture on depression among university students.
During the lecture, guest lecturer Stéphane Tala, a general practitioner based in Paris, will discuss depression, its various forms, and different coping strategies, as well as ways of seeking support throughout the recovery process. The lecture will also explore the role of faith and spirituality in coping with depression.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
