Report an Issue
We have developed a special platform for you to be able to report any issues you may have with your room in the Dzirciems student hostel.
If you encounter a technical issue in the student hostel, you can report it using the RSU issue reporting system.
8 simple steps
- Log in to the RSU internal system using your RSU profile.
- Select the appropriate request type.
- In the “Summary” field, briefly describe the issue.
- Select the address "Dārza iela 5".
- Enter your room number.
- In the “Description” field, provide more details about the issue.
- If necessary, attach a photo of the issue.
- Submit your request by clicking “Create”.
You can submit a request for issues such as:
- Plumbing issues – a blocked shower drain or sink, or a water leak in the bathroom;
- Lighting – a light bulb needs to be replaced in the kitchen, hallway or bathroom;
- Heating – a radiator is not working;
- Doors and locks – a door lock or locking mechanism is not working;
- Furniture and equipment – damaged furniture or kitchen cabinets.
