Objective

The aim of the course is to acquire the German language for daily communication at levels A1/A2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Language Learning, Teaching and Assessment, at the same time developing students' intercultural understanding and awareness, developing effective oral and written communication skills in the context of intercultural and interpersonal communication.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.Students will know the vocabulary of the standard German language

Skills

1.Students will be able to understand simple texts on known everyday topics, letters, invitations, advertisements and other authentic materials

Competence

1.As a result of the successful study course, students will be able to make practical use of the learned lexicon and language structures in everyday communicative situations while showing awareness of aspects of intercultural communication.
