Objective
The aim of the study course is to develop the students' ability to orientate in the administrative law regulation, to analyse public legal relations and to apply administrative law norms and principles in typical legal situations.
Prerequisites
Legal Theory; History of Latvian Law; Records Management.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge
1.Name and describe the basic concepts, sources and principles of administrative law.
Skills
1.Distinguish between public law and private law relations and justify the chosen legal qualification.
Competence
1.Analyse an administrative legal situation and formulate a legally justified solution.
