The Joint Laboratory of Traumatology and Orthopaedics was established in 2007 for the purpose of conducting scientific research and educational activity in the field of traumatology and orthopaedics.

Basic tasks

To perform scientific research in the area of traumatology and orthopaedics, report and publish research outcomes, participate in national and international research projects and events in collaboration with local and international partners.

• Longevity of large joint endoprostheses
• Epidemiology of osteoarthritis
• Analysis of treatment results of trauma and orthopaedic patients
