The Research Week 2025 event Empowering Academic Research with Microsoft: From Strategy to Practical Tips will bring together university leadership, researchers, and IT professionals to explore real-world experiences and best practices in leveraging Microsoft technologies for academic research. This event will feature case studies from universities, showcasing how institutions are using Microsoft tools to enhance research capabilities, streamline data management, and improve collaboration.
Members of the Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Alumni Association are invited to attend the association's extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday, 4 March 2025 at 16:00 in the Senate Hall.
The purpose of the general meeting is to review past events and engage in a discussion about the most significant moments in the lives of RSU alumni.

During the visit, he will get acquainted with RSU and its military medical training by visiting the Medical Education Technology Center.
The 2025 World Kidney Day event will take place at the RSU foyer, Dzirciema Street 16, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. It is organized by the students of the RSU Nephrology Student Research group in collaboration with Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital.
During the event, visitors will have the opportunity to get their blood pressure measured, check their blood glucose levels, and receive a microalbuminuria test along with instructions for performing it at home—all free of charge.

Līga Andersone will defend her doctoral dissertation on 25 February at 14.00 in an open meeting of the RSU Economics and Entrepreneurship doctoral committee online on Zoom. Her dissertation is titled 'The Role of EU Strategies and Support Programmes in Economic and Business Environment Enhancement in Central Asia.'
