Pre-Incubation Programme 2026
Are you ready to become an entrepreneur?
Want to start your own business but don’t have an idea or a team yet? Start with the RSU Business Incubator Pre-Incubation Programme, also known as PINK!
During the programme, you will develop your first business idea, test its viability in the real world, learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and build a strong team.
You can apply individually or as a team, with an existing idea or without one. No previous business experience is required. All you need is curiosity and the motivation to create something of your own.

Who can apply?
PINK is open to anyone interested in developing or improving a business idea, including:
- students from any higher education institution;
- students in Grades 10–12;
- researchers;
- aspiring entrepreneurs and business enthusiasts;
- individuals and established teams.
Places are limited. Priority will be given to participants and teams affiliated with RSU.

From idea to business
During the programme, you will:
- learn practical methods for generating business ideas;
- test whether your idea is viable;
- learn how to validate a problem and understand potential customer needs;
- identify the most suitable business model for your idea;
- discover how to build a strong team;
- learn the fundamentals of pitching;
- receive valuable feedback;
- prepare to apply for the Incubation Programme.
PINK will give your idea a genuine reality check in an environment where you can experiment, ask questions and rethink your initial concept.
