Aim

To develop knowledge, create scientifically substantiated and innovative solutions to strengthen Latvia's agrifood system by improving its sustainability and competitiveness, thereby increasing the country’s resilience to crises and external risks.

Objectives

  1. To develop scientifically substantiated and innovative solutions for strengthening the food system by implementing a cross-sectoral multi-actor participation model
  2. To promote the development of research human capital, expand knowledge, and strengthen educational processes
