Aim

Strengthening multidisciplinary research on infectious diseases as a critically important part of health sciences in the Baltic States, Europe and at global level, unlocking the scientific potential of Riga Stradins University

Description

Establishment of two laboratories – digitally immunological visualisation laboratory and infectious disease modelling laboratory

Purchase of modern research hardware and software

Organisation of an international scientific conference and three workshops in Latvia

Engagement of experienced incoming scientists to increase capacity of the institute

Experience exchange and cooperation with European universities and leading research centres

Advanced training in the field of intellectual property right protection
