About Study Course
Objective
To provide the medical resident with an understanding of perioperative care of children, as well as improve their theoretical knowledge and specific skills in the application of anaesthetic methods in paediatric anaesthesia.
Learning outcomes
1.Medical residents are able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of medical theories in paediatric anaesthesiology, which meets the requirements of the specialty of anaesthesiologist, reanimatologist, which provides a basis for creative thinking in clinical practice and partly in research, as well as the ability to work in interdisciplinary interactions.
1.Medical residents are able to demonstrate successful performance of the manipulations included in the study course description in a clinical setting.
1.At the end of the study course, the medical resident is familiar with perioperative care of children, is able to make informed decisions when preparing a child for surgery, and to provide anaesthesia for various surgical and diagnostic manipulations.
