About Study Course
Objective
Interdisciplinary (pedagogy, sports theory, anatomy, biomechanics) learning the discipline of athletics and the foundations of performance of special running, jumping and throwing exercises. Learn the basics of judging athletics competitions. Learn the basics of athletics terminology in English.
Prerequisites
Basic athletics exercise skills. Basic knowledge of physical characteristics and methodology for teaching movement.
Learning outcomes
1.Knowledge of athletics discipline techniques and competition rules. Knowledge of teaching and improvement exercises in athletics.
1.Able to showcase athletics special exercises and athletics running, jumping and throwing disciplines.
1.Competence to adjust the amount and intensity of special athletics exercises. Ability to correct student performance gaps.
