Objective
The aim of the course is to learn modern forms of movement—mindful and somatic movement, dance, yoga, and outdoor activities—as a means of promoting personal psycho-emotional well-being.

Knowledge
1.Knows mindful and somatic movement practices, dance, yoga and outdoor activity types that promotes psychological well-being.
Skills
1.Able to assess ones own well-being using an assessment questionnaire.
Competence
1.Based on the knowledge and practical skills acquired during the course, one is able to develop an individual movement program for a given situation.
