About Study Course
Objective
To provide an opportunity to become more familiar with the clinical manifestations of the most common infectious diseases, differential diagnosis and emergency care, in order to be able to decide on the hospitalization of patients and the initiation of treatment at the stage of pre-hospital and hospital reception departments.
Learning outcomes
1.• describe acute infection symptoms, diagnostic methods and treatment;
• explain fever differential diagnosis;
• arrange symptoms of infectious diseases, internal diseases and surgical diseases for differential diagnosis.
1.The student will be able to:
• formulate indications for urgent hospitalization of an infectious patient
• draw up an examination and treatment plan
• differentiate infectious diseases from internal and surgical diseases
• initiate emergency treatment at the pre-hospital and hospital stage.
• fill in the urgent report on infectious diseases.
• take samples of biological material for the diagnosis of infectious diseases.
