About Study Course
Objective
Develop the English language communication skills for study and further work purposes in the chosen specialty and promote the acquisition and practical use of specialised professional terminology.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of English at the level of secondary school programme.
Learning outcomes
1.name the most commonly used equivalents in English for terminology in the field of psychology and medicine (e.g. presentation);
1.use terminology related to the professional field according to their meaning both orally and in writing (e.g. presentation, discussion, letters/e-mails);
1.will be able to function successfully in the team, justifying their opinions on professional matters; will be able to make their views logically both in writing and verbally using the professional terminology acquired.
