To provide knowledge and practical skills related to express methods and their interpretation in a general microbiology laboratory in the field of parasitology, mycology, STD and virology.

1.To formulate the algorithms of examination of various clinical materials, describe the examination of the results, interpret the antibiotic sensitivity results.

Skills

1.To practically perform bacteriological examination of various clinical materials using conventional and express methods and interpret the results.

Competence

1.To choose the right algorithm for bacteriological examination based on the results, understand and advise on the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance of the isolated strain.
