Objective
To acquire and apply modern, evidence-based comprehensive general physical fitness (exercises/exercises for the development of physical characteristics of speed, strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, etc.) in the sports sector.

Knowledge
1.Identify and name methods and means of developing strength as a physical property.
Skills
1.Demonstrate exercises/exercises without equipment that use force as a physical attribute
Competence
1.Record in the synopsis, demonstrate and explain the application of comprehensive physical fitness exercises/exercises with and without equipment acquired physical properties (strength, speed, speed, flexibility, coordination) in the introductory-preparer part of the training/lesson.
