Objective

Learn and apply modern evidence-based comprehensive physical fitness (flexibility, strength, speed, agility, endurance, etc. physical characteristics) techniques, tools and technologies in the sports sector.

Prerequisites

General knowledge of the structure of the sports class, the nature of the sports training, the rules of internal order, the norms of behaviour in the gym and sports hall.

1.Describe flexibility as a method and means of developing a physical characteristic.

Skills

1.Explain and demonstrate the nuances of flexible exercise technique when performing exercises with and without inventory.

Competence

1.Plans, the Conspectus shall indicate, demonstrate and methodically justify the comprehensive physical preparation exercise with and without inventory application in the introductory, main and final part of the lesson.
