Objective

To acquire practical knowledge and skills in the field of international criminal justice cooperation. Finding out the use of police co-operation mechanisms for obtaining information and evidence.

Tasks: Analyze the regulatory framework for police co-operation and criminal-law cooperation. Obtain practical knowledge and skills in preparing legal aid requests, European Investigation Order.

Prerequisites

Study courses "Police law", "Criminal law", "Criminal procedure law", Forensic science, "Criminal law".

1.Ability to use international cooperation mechanisms in accordance with the objectives of the investigation, as well as to acquire skills in preparing and presenting legal aid requests.
