About Study Course
Objective
To ensure the acquisition and improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in stat therapy in urology, in accordance with the requirements of the regulations of the urology specialty, in order to prepare the doctor for certification in the urology specialty, in accordance with the regulatory documents of the Republic of Latvia.
Learning outcomes
1.Define modern radiation therapy, its application, indications, limitations, patient control during the application of this therapy.
1.Resident will be able to assess the indications for radiation therapy in specific urological patients.
1.To provide urology residents with the opportunity to learn the knowledge and skills they need in radiation therapy. The resident will participate in the work of the department and will see how radiation therapy is implemented for a specific patient.
