Objective

Develop basic knowledge of adhering to training theory principles in multi-year planning for sports training, acquire knowledge about the possibilities of applying training theory to children and adolescents of different ages and physical fitness levels, and understand its complex role in the sports training process.

Prerequisites

Physical training classification, the concept and regulation of load, and methods in sport. Development of physical qualities, their types, forms of manifestation, and components.

1.Age-specific considerations in the organization of physical activities for children and adolescents

1.Is able to select and apply exercises for the development of physical qualities according to the specifics of different age stages when preparing the coach’s annual training plan
