Objective

Promote professional development of highly qualified senior sports coaches by ensuring the ability to plan, organise, manage and analyse the training-training process, competitions and methodological work in accordance with the rules of the sport, the principles of multiannual preparation and the requirements of the standard of profession of senior sports coach.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of sports theory, pedagogy, sports pedagogy, sports didactic, psychology or sports psychology, anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.Study courses in sports theory, training didactics and pedagogy have been acquired.The study course “pedagogical improvement in qualification” has been successfully acquired.

Knowledge

1.Describes the preparation system of grappling sports, its structure and its place within the sports system.

1.Demonstrates and applies combat sport techniques (standing, transitional, ground techniques) and adapts their use in training sessions.

Competence

1.Analyses the effectiveness of an athlete’s combat techniques and training methods in various training and competition contexts, making informed decisions about appropriate teaching and learning strategies.
