Objective

To develop basic knowledge, skills and necessary competences in the methodology of physical fitness control. Gain knowledge of the use of modern research methods in the health and sports science sector.

Prerequisites

Study courses completed: Anatomy, Basics of Physiology, Age-related Physiology, Basics of Sports Biomechanics, Sports Training Theory.

1.Will acquire theoretical knowledge of the concept of physical fitness, its control possibilities.

1.Use practical knowledge to test the fitness of different groups of people.
