Toms Galiņš is an experienced team and project manager specialising in design thinking and service design. He has worked in the financial sector, implementing process optimisation and digitalisation projects using LEAN, service design and design thinking methods. Galiņš leads co-creation activities and strategy development processes, fostering collaboration and communication within teams. He believes that the ability to work together, to communicate and to create a safe, creative and open environment is a key to achieving results and solving complex challenges. Toms Galiņš believes that open communication and the use of customised tools reveal the potential of teams.
