Recommendations & Complaints

RSU staff can submit complaints and recommendations to the following contacts:

• electronically to ierosinajumirsu[pnkts]lv;
• verbally or in written form to the Quality Assurance and Internal Audit Department 

Your suggestions, recommendations or complaints will be registered accordingly and sent for revision to the relevant structural unit. If necessary, we will initiate changes and adjust internal processes!
