On 26 - 27 April, 2023, the Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Medical Education Technology Centre is hosting the first international national hub meeting of the Partnership for the Assessment of Risks from Chemicals (PARC) project. Representatives from 23 European countries are participating in the meeting.

The project aims to generate new, easily accessible and usable data for analysing the effects of chemicals, as well as new methods and tools for assessing chemical risks. In particular, it will help to develop tools to identify new, less hazardous substances to control more harmful substances which is in line with sustainable development.
