RSU Science Month 2019: catastrophe medicine simulation
15:00 - 19:00
Anniņmuižas bulvāris 26a, Rīga

Students are welcome to try out a catastrophe medicine simulation made by the company Exonicus. The game “transports” the player into one of four different virtual reality settings where they have five minutes to save a patient’s life. This unique event provides students with the opportunity to test a technology which might well become the future of medicine studies.

The event will take place in English.

Every October is Science Month at Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU). This month sees various events take place that give a broader insight into the interaction between education, science and the industry. The RSU Student Union is organising four compelling events for students and anyone else who might be interested. They have the aim to enhance innovative and research-based thinking.
