We are excited to announce our upcoming Journal Club event, where chemistry takes centre stage in explaining biological complexity. Our laboratory’s PhD student, Emīls Edgars Bašēns, will present an article that discusses how fine-tuning the metal–ligand environment establishes a effective framework for performing chemically precise modifications in living systems without compromising cellular integrity.

Your participation would be greatly appreciated. We look forward to an engaging discussion and your valuable insights.

We welcome researchers, postdocs, and students from different fields and disciplines.
