My name is Karlijn and I’m from the Netherlands. I’m now a fifth-year medical student at RSU and still love the adventure I started a few years ago!
Choosing to study abroad at RSU has been one of the best decisions I’ve made – it’s a place full of opportunities, inspiring people, and countless ways to grow both academically and personally.
As a student ambassador, I enjoy sharing my journey and helping future students take the same leap of faith I once did. Whether it’s navigating the move abroad, settling into studies, or just finding the best coffee spots in Riga – I’m always happy to help. Studying medicine here has been challenging, rewarding, and, above all, an experience I wouldn’t trade for anything.
