Nauris Bloks is a fintech and digital innovation expert with more than 15 years of experience in business process management, IT development and transformation. He has held senior positions at DelfinGroup and TWINO, where he led international teams and implemented process optimisation, systems architecture and digital solution implementation in the fintech industry. As a lecturer and visiting lecturer at several Latvian higher education institutions, Bloks combines a strategic vision with practical experience in business process analysis, automation and modelling. He focuses on how technologically sound and targeted processes can contribute to the sustainable growth and efficiency of organisations.
