The RSU IT Department also offers a dedicated range of resources and IT services designed to meet the needs of the academic and administrative staff at the University as well its students.

The employees at the IT Service Centre are ready to help solve a variety of technological problems. The IT Service Centre provides full support for IT services, as well as informing academic and administrative staff about new IT solutions. The IT Service Centre organises regular staff training in how to use various IT tools.
