Recognition
For RSU Employees

Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) has been recognised as the most desirable employer in the public sector for the fourth year in a row in the survey TOP Employer 2025 organised by the recruitment company Alma Career Latvia

This recognition confirms RSU as a solid, reliable, and attractive employer capable of attracting and retaining professional specialists, while providing a modern, international, and growth-oriented work environment.

This acknowledgment is the result of our joint efforts and a strong confirmation to the values of the RSU community. We are grateful to our employees, students, and alumni for their trust. We will continue developing a work environment where both professional growth and wellbeing of employees are essential, alongside international cooperation.’

Prof. Aigars Pētersons, RSU Rector

The work environment at a university is shaped by people - their professionalism, attitude, and willingness to grow. Our goal is to create an environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated. This recognition confirms that we are moving in the right direction to build a sustainable and development-oriented organisational culture.

Dace Jasmane, Director of the RSU HR Department

The TOP Employer survey is organised in cooperation with Firmas.lv and the Association of Business Service Leaders. The survey ran from 15 January to 28 February 2026 and involved nearly 18,000 respondents from across Latvia, evaluating the most desirable employers in various industries and sectors.

In the overall ranking, SEB Banka was recognised the best employer in Latvia in 2025, while RSU retained the leading position in the public sector. Companies such as Swedbank, Latvijas Mobilais Telefons, airBaltic, and others were also recognised as top employers in their respective industries.

The university's success in this survey reflects RSU's long-term commitment to staff development, international environment, and the creation of a high-quality, value-based work culture.
