Starting 1 July, INCLUDE project welcomes new team member Vladislava Marāne

"I’m excited to join the INCLUDE project and contribute to raising awareness of gender equality at Rīga Stradiņš University, while helping to develop practical solutions that foster a truly inclusive environment for everyone," says Vladislava Marāne (pictured).

Vladislava brings extensive experience in international project management, capacity building and stakeholder engagement. She previously headed a department at the Latvian National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme, where she specialised in social inclusion projects and delivered numerous national and international training courses on diversity and equality.

Alongside her role in the INCLUDE project, Vladislava serves as Executive Director of the International Research-Based Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association in Latvia and Partnership Lead at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Rīga Stradiņš University.

Within the INCLUDE project, Vladislava will contribute to the development and implementation of the University's Gender Equality Plan, while supporting broader project activities.
