Objective

To prepare students for the development of strength abilities using heavy athletics training means, including exercises, training methods, and equipment, with an emphasis on basic strength exercises, kettlebell exercises, and exercises involving external resistance.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the principles of active support locomotor system, dynamic muscle anatomy, dosing of load parameters

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.Teaching the technique of the main exercises of the sport of kettlebell lifting

Skills

1.Is able to teach basic heavy athletics exercises, correct technical errors, and improve exercise execution technique.

Competence

1.Students demonstrate competence in providing practical and theoretical knowledge of the classification and application of strength-training exercises for the development of different muscle groups across various age groups. They are able to design a monocycle training plan based on the targeted muscle group and the specific form of strength to be developed.
