About Study Course
Objective
Manage, coordinate and implement human-centred care, participate in treatment for patients at different age stages, ensure the assessment of a patient’s overall health status and autonomously take decisions based on evidence-based knowledge of the conduct, observation and prevention of therapeutic interventions, evaluate indications, contraindications and side effects of action, provide quality care. Educate patients of different ages, nearest support systems, legal representatives on health preservation/improvement issues, taking into account individual needs and the current situation. Educate nurses, other health, social care teams, members of the education system, members of the public.
Prerequisites
Patient health assessment and diagnosis, provision and management of acute and chronic disease patient care, education, counselling and health promotion.
Learning outcomes
1.Student knows about the principles of the organisation of primary health care and basic tasks of extended competence nurse, diagnosis, evaluation of health condition, prescription of medicines and medical devices, disease prevention, care issues, taking into account the basic principles of health preservation, promotion.
1.Implement evidence-based and critical thinking approach-based healthcare, develop and ensure therapeutic communication with patients/clients and their affiliates.
1.Be able to carry out an assessment of the health status of an individual, group, community, communicate in a multicultural environment in accordance with the principles of intercultural communication;
