About Study Course
Objective
Create an interest in athletics, provide an idea of athletics disciplines and enable interdisciplinary (pedagogy, sports theory, anatomy, biomechanics) learning the basics of athletics discipline technique. To provide knowledge and enable the acquisition of basic teaching of athletics disciplines in the general secondary education subject standard “sports” in primary, primary and secondary schools. Learn the basics of judging athletics competitions. Learn the basics of athletics terminology in English.
Prerequisites
Athletics at the standard level of high school. Studies in the field of sports teacher, sports coach and manager.
Learning outcomes
1.Knows the foundations of the theory of athletics discipline technique and the rules of competition, the methodology for teaching athletics discipline technique and tactics techniques (teaching methods, teaching aids, forms for organising sports lessons).
1.Able to showcase athletics special exercises and athletics running, jumping and throwing disciplines.
1.Able to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and independently select exercises suitable for teaching and choose an appropriate dose of exercise performance. Able to assess skills and skills. Able to independently referee competitions in different athletics disciplines at school. Able to take responsibility for lessons with athletics exercises and the safety of the event at school.
Able to develop clear performance and student growth scoring criteria and test methods.
