Objective

The objective of the course is a concept of green business, entrepreneurship and  innovation which is a transformation trend in the European Single Market (SEM). The course methodology is focused on challenges in providing a high -quality education and research- training environment.

Prerequisites

Basics of  Microeconomics, Basics of  EU Law.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.Knowledge of the EU single market, its socio-economic and regulatory aspects, concepts and ideas that demonstrate understanding of the topic of the study course, the business model of a green organisation.

Skills

1.Able to identify trends and find creative solutions, using a scientific approach, in the changing problems in green business activities and innovation fields; • able to demonstrate an understanding of the special transformation nature of the Single Market socio-economic system and the transformation potential in today's conditions; • able to understand and demonstrate green business trends in sustainable business growth, as well skills in analytical methods that help to determine innovation and digitised transformation potential that have impact on business; • able to independently gather information from various sources, critically evaluate it and correctly reflect on it; • able to formulate information in a structured, analytical and concise manner in writing, express thought accurately and reasonably, discuss the general and specialized aspects of green industrial policy, green business activities as well as negotiation process; • able to use relevant practical and theoretical knowledge and skills in professional business management and research, being aware of the impact of those activities on the environment and society.

Competence

1.• Development of the most important skills that will have a positive impact on students' careers; • ability to summarise research debates, analyse economic statistics; • critically discuss green business matters and develop brief reports on current green organization and green industrial policy trends and their impact on business development.
