RSU researchers represent Latvia in a meeting on work inequalities in later life redefined by digitalization
The COST ACTION CA21107 DIGI-net Management Committee meeting and working groups took place at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, on 20-21 May.
The meeting focused on how digitalization redefines labour market inequalities in later life. International researchers participated, with Latvia represented by Aija Kļaviņa, lead researcher at the Sports and Nutrtition Research Laboratory, and Aija Bukova-Žideļūna, lead researcher at the RSU Institute of Public Health.
The two-day programme included Management committee meetings, working group discussions, thematic workshops, and plenary sessions. The event was an important step in the DIGI-net network, strengthening collaboration between researchers internationally and raising awareness of the future challenges and opportunities of digitization.
