Objective
Will orient yourself in the basics, methods, terminology of functional classes and will be able to apply it in various training processes.
Prerequisites
Anatomy of the human support and motion apparatus, sports and normal physiology, understanding of the biomechanics of human movements, kinesiology, understanding of sports theory.
