Liliāna is a 5th-year student at the Faculty of Medicine and the head of the Student Sports Science Research Group. She is currently involved in the National Research Programme SPORTS project Innovations, Methodologies and Recommendations for the Development and Management of the Sports Sector in Latvia.
Liliāna is a medical student at Riga Stradins University with the goal of becoming a sports physician in the future. For more than three years, she has been working as a volunteer medic at the Rimi Riga Marathon, the World Athletics Road Running Championships, and other sporting events, gaining practical experience in athlete health care. Liliāna is also the head of the Student Sports Science Research Group, which reflects her interest in combining clinical practice with the latest scientific insights and innovations in sports medicine.
