Objective

To acquaint students with the specifics of the work of a psychologist in different environments, legislation regulating psychologist's activity, documentation in profesional action, profesioprofessional standard and ethics of psychologist's work.

Prerequisites

General psychology.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.Students describe the activities of a psychologist in various fields of professional activity, are familiar with the basic principles of a psychologist's activity. Students are familiar with the code of ethics of psychologists.

Skills

1.Students independently use the documentation regulating the activity of a psychologist in order to analyse situations related to the work of a psychologist. Use the code of ethics to analyse ethically sensitive professional situations.

Competence

1.Students are able to analyze and argue examples of a psychologist's work, using professional standards, regulations, and ethical principles to justify their decisions in simulated situations.

Students demonstrate the ability to evaluate the quality of professional activities and their compliance with ethical requirements, based on described or hypothetical cases.
