Staff and students are welcome to attend a lecture on Japan's foreign policy perspective on current international security challenges, especially in the context of the war in Ukraine.
On 30 September, a guest lecture by the Japanese ambassador will take place in the in the Hippocrates Auditorium at16 Dzirciema iela. The event will be moderated by Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Faculty of Social Sciences lecturer Beāte Livdanska.

- 11:00 – Meeting with students in the Hippocrates Auditorium
- 11:05 – 11:45 – Lecture (30 to 40 minutes): Japan's foreign policy perspective on current international security challenges, especially in the context of the war in Ukraine
- 11:45 – 12:15 – Moderated question-and-answer session (20 to 30 minutes)
