The Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Sports Club and the RSU Latvian Academy of Sports Education (LASE) invite students and staff to join the university's running club, which aims to promote an active lifestyle and strengthen a sense of community.
On 1 and 8 October at 18:00, we invite you to join Anita Siliņa-Kažemāka, an athletics coach with 18 years of experience in professional sports and 10 years of experience as a coach, who will help you prepare for both short and long running distances. The starting point is at the Riga Rise Observation Wheel.
