Requirements
- Doctoral degree in a relevant field
- At least three years of pedagogical work experience
- Author of at least two scientific publications
- Author of textbooks and teaching materials
- Good knowledge of Latvian and English
- Good computer skills
Responsibilities
- Leading research work in a scientific field relevant to the docent position
- Delivering lectures, leading study sessions, and organizing exams and assessments in their study program (course, field), especially in core courses
- Participating in the preparation of study programs
