Give blood and get a health check on RSU Health Day!
5 December is Health Day at RSU. We invite RSU employees and students to donate blood in the rehearsal room by the RSU Great Hall.

You can also sign up for simple health tests in the RSU lobby at 16 Dzirciema iela to measure your blood pressure, determine blood sugar and cholesterol levels, determine body mass index, check your sleepiness and stress levels, test your vision, and learn about cervical cancer screenings.
The following student interest groups will participate in RSU Health Day:
- Gynaecology and Obstetrics
- Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases
- Pharmacy
- Neurology and Neurosurgery
- Gastroenterology
- Oncology
- Dentistry

- Psychology
- Infectious diseases
Staff members from the RSU Career Guidance and Wellbeing Centre will also participate in the event, providing 15-minute psychological consultations and give an insight into working with metaphorical associative cards.
