Pauls Bērtulis

Pauls Bērtulis has been working at the International Admissions Office of RSU’s International Department since 2025, where he holds the position of International Admissions Officer.

He is a graduate of Cardiff University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Politics. During his studies, he spent three years living in Cardiff, gaining valuable intercultural experience that supports his daily work with international applicants and cooperation partners.

Fields of expertise and responsibilities:

• Managing the international admissions process;
• Preparing documents for international admissions;
• Communicating directly with international applicants and cooperating with recruitment agencies;
• Assisting with immigration matters;
• Assisting with document legalisation issues (in cooperation with the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs);
• Participating in various RSU events, including Open Days and Welcome Week;
• Representing RSU at international education fairs.
