Polina Orlova

Poļina has been working at RSU since January 2026, where she supports international student integration by developing initiatives that help students successfully adapt to academic and social life.

Prior to joining RSU, she gained extensive experience in event planning and coordination, delivering high-impact conferences and community-building programmes that foster engagement and collaboration. Having been an international student in the UK herself, she brings first-hand insight and a strong ability to relate to the challenges international students face. 

Fields of expertise and responsibilities

• Organising RSU events, including Welcome Week and Open Days;
• Developing initiatives to support student integration at RSU;
• Managing and recruiting for the mentor programme.
