Modernization of the study environment in RSU and RSU SKMK
Aim
Description
The modernization of the study environment will significantly improve students' opportunities to acquire practical skills by providing modern laboratories and classrooms with simulation technologies. This will allow students to acquire professional skills in conditions close to the real work environment even before practical work in medical institutions. In addition, the development of infrastructure will promote the introduction of new study modules and programs that will meet the development trends of the industry and labor market demand. The modernized premises and clinical workplaces will be suitable for a growing number of students, ensuring a comfortable and effective learning environment. The integration of digital solutions will provide an opportunity to adapt to hybrid learning, personalized learning approaches and distant learning. The improved multimedia and IT infrastructure will support a more efficient study process, facilitating the work of academic staff and the implementation of teaching innovations.
