About Study Course
Objective
To ensure acquisition and improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in anaesthesiology and intensive care according to the requirements of the surgery specialty regulation in order to prepare the doctor for certification in the surgeon specialty.
Learning outcomes
1.- cardiopulmonary resuscitation algorithm;
- methods of ensuring airway patency: manual, airways, tracheal intubation, divided bronchial intubation, laryngeal mask, intubating laryngeal mask, Combitube;
- artificial lung ventilation: mouth-mouth, mouth-nose, with Ambu manual ventilator, manually, using the face mask of the anaesthetic machine;
- respiratory and hemodynamic monitoring of the anaesthetized and comatose patient, other types of monitoring;
- principles and stages of general and regional anaesthesia in surgery;
- acute postoperative pain therapy.
1.- application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in practice;
- must be able to diagnose the patient’s critical conditions;
- to be able to read and interpret the results provided by the monitors;
- must be able to use a defibrillator-monitor;
- infusion therapy and electrolyte imbalance correction.
1.To deliver qualified first and emergency assistance and resuscitation measures.
