Objective

Enable the acquisition of physical fitness control exercises (normative) at sports schools: for assessment of speed, strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, endurance, etc. Acquire the aforementioned exercises in athletics according to the chosen sport and build skills to improve the results of these exercises in the physical preparation of other sports. Learn the skills to use appropriate measuring devices to capture results.

Prerequisites

At the level of the National Standard for primary Education and General secondary Education Sport. Learning of study courses “athletics as a physical fitness instrument”, “Sports training theory, methodology and pedagogical improvement”, “Sports theory and foundations of children’s and young people’s sports training theory” and “training theory and planning” is desirable.

Knowledge

1.Knows and understands the usefulness of each control exercise, explain the basics of the exercise.

Skills

1.Demonstrate and select physical fitness exercises, apply them to people of different age stages and fitness levels according to the chosen sport.

Competence

1.Successful completion of the course allows the student to independently perform and apply control exercises in practical work with representatives of different sports.
