About Study Course
Objective
1. To provide knowledge of burn size and depth determination; determination degree of hypothermia and frostbite.
2. To provide knowledge about burns and frostbite injury patient's vital signs stabilization and emergency treatment principles.
3. To provide theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Learning outcomes
1.1. Thermal injury types, the process, principles of treatment.
2. must know the etiology of thermal injury, pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis, indications for conservative and operative treatment.
3. Assess the patient's condition.
4. Set the correct diagnosis
1.Make bandaging;
Carry out operations:
1. Necrecktomies / osteoneckrectomies;
2. Skin transplant;
3. Different levels of amputations
4. Correctly formulate a diagnosis.
1.1. To use the acquired knowledge of the thermal injury.
2. Ability to formulate burns / frostbites diagnosis.
3. to create examination and treatment plan, argue it, analyze, interpret the results of the investigation.
