About Study Course
Objective
To develop student's understanding of sports psychology and the psychological aspects of sports, the main trends and branches of psychology, research methods; psychological processes, personality, individual's emotional and cognitive development at different ages, aspects that influence personality development.

Learning outcomes
1.Students describe psychology as a science and its main tasks, understand the importance of psychology in sports and work with athletes.
Knows the main concepts and stages of personality development. Recognizes various emotions and feelings, understands the interrelationship between stress and health. Understands the role of goal setting and motivation in sports.
1.Students are able to apply the acquired knowledge in practice, are able to describe the individual's cognitive and emotional development at different ages, know the techniques of emotion regulation, which they are able to apply in practice, the ability to motivate and interest in physical activity, communication and communication skills.
1.Students are competent to apply the acquired knowledge to understand the relationship between developmental stages and physical abilities, as well as to be competent to deal with non-standard situations using the acquired communication skills. Competently ensure the maintenance and improvement of the quality of life of people of different ages by motivating them to use physical activities.
